Thanks - and thanks to everyone else for their comments. John got it right first time about the rottweilers and the cormorant!
I shoot everything in raw. These were all shot with the Olympus 14-54/2.8-3.5 lens. The camera has recorded the exposure data, but I don't know how to put it into the converted jpegs. If there are any specific pictures you'd like to know about, please ask. I mostly shot on P mode and matrix metering, which seem to be able to cope with most things quite well. For some of the trickier exposures I take an incident reading with my Sekonic L-608 meter. I took quite a few low light shots (not shown in the gallery), but because I didn't have the right tripod with me I couldn't stop down enough to get really good depth of field, use hyperfocal focusing, and be able to handhold/prop/wedge the camera effectively. Lesson learned. Those shots were mostly where I used the Sekonic. I used Lightroom to create the gallery and do the conversions. I haven't done any manipulations other than straightening the horizon or changing the white balance in a few. -- Bob > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On > Behalf Of Brendan MacRae > Sent: 03 March 2007 05:24 > To: Pentax-Discuss Mail List > Subject: Re: Soggy postcards > > Bob, > > A really nice gallery, really lovely photos. > > Would you mind sharing some of your exposure and lens > data?
