Jens, that was Dave Brooks who had seen his work ripped off in reply to Marnie, who doesn't use watermarks (yet) ..sometimes interweaving responses gets confusing!)
I stayed up until 3 am last night working on my new web site for photos on smugmug I really love the site... a bit of frustration at first, but now I'm digging it. Much work yet to do. Re watermarking, I settled on this, for the moment - http://tinyurl.com/2jfmlp Ala Godders, I want people to know who took the photo and how to reach me but don't want the info to interfere with the photo. I jsut made a png file in photoshop and adusted the transparancy myself - then loaded it to the site where it does the watermarking for you and you can chose where you want it placed...
