That is a really big gap between 14 and 20 ( equiv. from 21 to 30mm on FF ).
lets see, to fill that gap between 14 and 20 evenly he would need a ~ 16.75mm lens, and that would be easily found in a 17mm which would be close enough. I dont think Pentax ever made a 17mm rectilinear lens, but there are third party models out there, I have them in both f3.5 RMC tokina and f3.5 AD2 tamron. The tokina works well on APS, havent tried the tamron yet. There is also an AT-x tokina 17mm, which I havent ever used. FWIW, heres a sample with the RMC tokina 17mm F3.5 on a istDS taken under heavy overcast skies : http://www.jchriso.com/temp/17MMRMCTOKINASAMPLE1.jpg jco -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Godfrey DiGiorgi Sent: Sunday, March 04, 2007 10:27 AM To: Pentax-Discuss Mail List Subject: Re: beauty shot: Pentax K10D On Mar 4, 2007, at 6:36 AM, Jack Davis wrote: > Godders, how are you getting along with such gaping focal length holes > in your inventory.
