perhaps that's what makes the fish & chips up there taste so good. I
had some at the Cod & Lobster one evening that were really, really
good. Then a couple of days later for lunch from a rickety old hut on
the beach at Skinningrove, which were almost as good. 

Fish obviously caught locally that morning, fried on the spot. I think
they must have nipped out the back to lift the spuds fresh too.
Excellent. Almost as good as going out with the fishermen in Puri, and
having them cook it in leaves on the beach for breakfast when we got
back.
