Since 2004, I've been shooting almost exclusively with an *ist-D, but I remembered one of my film cameras has almost identical push-buttons for the lens release and the DoF preview, stacked one above the other. I've pushed the bottom one when I meant to push the top one. The lens doesn't fall off, but it does unlock. Without going and getting them out of their bags, I attributed it to the LX. I had that one for several years and it was my main camera up until 2003. The K-1000 I used for backup doesn't have DoF preview. But, it's not the LX, it's a PZ-1P I bought in 2003. This time I went and looked at the cameras before posting. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
