None whatsoever.

Since 2004, I've been shooting almost exclusively with an *ist-D, but I 
remembered one of my film cameras has almost identical push-buttons for 
the lens release and the DoF preview, stacked one above the other. I've 
pushed the bottom one when I meant to push the top one. The lens doesn't 
fall off, but it does unlock.
Without going and getting them out of their bags, I attributed it to the 
LX. I had that one for several years and it was my main camera up until 
2003. The K-1000 I used for backup doesn't have DoF preview.

But, it's not the LX, it's a PZ-1P I bought in 2003. This time I went 
and looked at the cameras before posting.
