Hi Marnie
thanks for your answer.
I will use the Adobe Photoshop/Bridge/ACR combo since I can use that
knowledge as well to teach my clients later and earn some money .. ;-)
greetings
Markus

Is there a difference quality wise between Lightroom, Camera Raw and Pentax

Camera Raw seem to be the simplest for me on first sight and if it's auto
settings are good enough I could batch process pef's with Bridge/Photoshop,
any opinions on that?

Thanks alot and greetings

==========
I initially used a Canon Raw Convertor with my photos. Then I got CS and
it's Bridge (I don't have CS 2 yet). I never noticed a tremendous
difference
between the two. However, I like the control offered by Bridge -- it seems
to
offer more adjustments than some other convertors. I sometimes sharpen in
conversion, but not often, because I like unsharpen mask better -- again
more
control. Mainly I up saturation a tad in conversion. Saturation seems to
work
better there than later. But YMMV.
