Not the same camera at all, although it does look similar. The DLux-3  
is made by Panasonic and has a 1/1.8" sensor (that's 5.3x7.2 mm format).

The DP-1 is a DSLR-sized sensor, fixed lens camera with ~14x21 mm  
sensor and a prime 16.6 mm f/4 lens.
