It's wonderful to hear that the bastids didn't put you down permanently. Good on you! Get well, get strong again, ride that bike when the moment comes.
(My worst altercation was with a young deer who decided that jumping INTO the oncoming vehicle from off the side of the road was a sensible defensive maneuver for a moment of brainless panic. Took me down, ruined a nice Ducati 907IE and a good set of leathers, cost me three months in recovery time. But he/she died for the stupidity... :-) I'm sure you'll like the K10D.
