After hobbling around for the last several months on a bum right knee, I
finally had a complete new knew installed Monday morning. I figured if I
didn't get the knee, I'd probably never use the 600 again. I knew I had to
do something when I had to cancel a fall shoot in the Upper Peninsula of
Michigan.

Everything went well & I was home by Wednesday morning with the makings of a
fine 5 inch scar & some more reasons not to sail by airport security.
The Dr. I chose does around 800 of these a year (with his two assistants) -
he does the actual installation.

Should be back to some semblance of normalcy in around 4 to 6 weeks. The Dr.
is a sports medicine orthopedic & believes in very aggressive therapy. I had
4 pre operation therapy sessions and will start next week on 3 a week
sessions. I was up & walking within 4 hours of the surgery.
