Yes, on the web page http://www.digital.pentax.co.jp/ja/info/20070123e.html you download the executable archive package using the link marked "Microsoft Windows/Me/2000/XP Version" for a Windows computer. This link is http://www.digital.pentax.co.jp/ja/dls/FIRMWARE/k10e111w.exe When you click it, it retrieves the file named "k10e111w.exe" to your computer in the location specified by your browser setup. Running that will create the folder (directory) containing the firmware update and the READ ME file.
