Avoid DST hassles, set your computer to GMT! Actually I just downloaded the winxp update from microsoft.com. Had to do that because I have winxp automatic updates shut off. I guess I will have to find the update for Office too, so Outlook will be on time. Then I have to find it for my PocketPC, and my laptop. F'ing government S'heads... Seems like all they are good for is to cause folks problems. GMT sounds better all the time.
Here (NC) DST is a help, in Indiana, Michigan, etc it is a bummer. Kids waiting on the bus in the dark, etc. Of course Indiana, being sensible, makes it optional. For those who do not know, they moved it up to this morning, 2-3 weeks earlier than it has been in the past.
