A cat photo a sunset and a lighthouse, eh? Well I can top that: I just sent them a FLOWER photo! Two flower photos, actually. (Might as well hit 'em with both barrels, eh?) I must admit I've found their selections and rejections puzzling. Some of my "lifetime portfolio" shots were declined and some mediocre stuff got accepted. I suspect they may be trying to fill some photo categories that haven't received enough submissions. Or possibly trying to get shots with some lenses that haven't been sufficiently represented yet (this is, we have to keep in mind, primarily intended as a marketing tool for Pentax, not a free image-hosting service for photographers). And though I've been disappointed and baffled by some of their decisions, I'm glad to see they're trying to maintain a high standard.
