Very much understood and in agreement.  When I say consumer build,
that is not meant to be crappy.  Pentax tends to build decent quality
consumer stuff.  But yes, I am looking for something more than that.
For it's target price, it is a very good buy and I seriously doubt you
would do as well with a similar lens from another maker.  But I am
still looking for a constant aperture, better built lens.
