Some months ago I was looking for a slim profile bag to carry a SLR/DSLR with a lens, 2 or 3 small lenses and, from time to time, a flash. I bought a Tamrac Adventure Messenger 4 and I find it almost perfect for that purpose. When I need to carry more equipment, I have a bigger bag and a Lowepro backpack, but that Tamrac is ideal most of the time.
