Markus, this is strong shot, but may I please suggest a crop here... Consider cuttin' off all the right hand side of the image so that none of the building structure is in the frame. So you'll get a biker, a tree and a roughly 1/3rd of the bridge. I think it is worth a look.
Also, I think that polarizer wasn't exactly necessary in this gloomy kind of weather...
