Yeah I've used them plenty in the past and even on the *ist D.  It's just 
that normally, had I been using my favorite film, or had I a camera with a 
lower ISO setting.  I wouldn't have to do that.  I'm a whiner and lazy.  :-)

Despite Mr. Robb's wish for a slower shutter speed I actually like the 
rendition.  I was complaining more about the difficulty in obtaining a slow 
shutter speed as opposed to the resulting image.
