Its been a while since i was out in that part of the country, but photo wize, there are so many small villages and harbours, coves etc, you should be able to see a lot.
Cape Breton Is is a good spot for rugged type shots. P.E.I. is small and scenic, but i think Nova Scotia is probably the best bet for scenid stuff.
