I too wanted to know if this was a human bone and whether someone has been killed on a new construction site I happened to walk accross. Since I couldn't get confirmation from neither one on the list, I'd live on like this never happened and I haven't seen no bone, although someone may be cut into pieces and buried somewhere near on of construction sites in Paevälja, city of Tallinn.
