Having owned that 15mm and used it with two Leica M bodies in a wide variety of films, scanning the film and then comparing it to what I get with the K10D and the DA14mm lens ...
Hands down winner on quality: the K10D and 14mm lens. If you want wider than that, the Pentax 12-24. And I thought the Voigtländer 15mm f/4.5 Aspheric was pretty darn good when I had was a Leica film body to put it on.. The Sigma is not a great performer from what I've seen of it. Lots of flare unless you keep that big front element properly shaded, and poor resolution/contrast until well stopped down.
