Big LOL! Yah, I forgot to mention that this Micro Trekker pack is very small, really, and I am very tall, really. Six feet five in fact. So, the supposed waist strap just about crosses my torso at the sternum (is that right? the bit where the rib cage halves join together) - so *nearly* nipple territory. In fact I have read of others less lofty than myself also scoffing at this waist strap. The pack really isn't tall enough to warrant one IMO. Actually, pendulous isn't far off - I've gotta get on that boody mountain bike! But before that I've got to go and clear the purchase with the Finance Director in our house. I did some overtime tonight, so that's a few extra points. I normally operate in Stealth Mode, gently easing ideas of new gear in, slowly clearing the weeds of suspicion. In this instance, I might try and up front attack because it's what she's least expecting. Plus I'm feeling bold. Watch this space.
