Leon,

They can be outrageously expensive - $190 at KEH or ebay in excellent condition.  I 
think I've seen them go for as little as $130 on ebay.  (There is little practical 
difference between the A and M version and M can be much cheaper.)  

The case isn't a big deal and the instructions I've never seen.  (Operations are 
obvious.)  In bargain condition, I wouldn't pay more than $85 for it.  Otherwise, I 
rather wait for a better condition one to show up.
