My photos have been on exhibition at a local cafe for a month now. I've sold one photo, to the mother of my girlfriend. I spoke to the cafe owner today, and she said that people were commenting that the photos were too small, and she remarked that people felt as though they could produce a similar resut on their own. With regards to that, the owner was indicating their response to the size of the images, not the artistic or techinical quality of the images.
My past experience has told me that 8x10 or smaller prints are easier or more desireable for people to hang on their walls because it does not dominate the whole wall. My prints were mostly 8x10, with 3- 5x7 and one 11x14. What is your experience with regard to this? -- Cheers, [EMAIL PROTECTED] MichaelHamilton.ca -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
