Ah, but I dont watch the HDTV, I watch the shows and films.
When you watch a crappy old analog "TV" you ARE
watching the TV. Its like listening to a boom box
vs listening to a high end audio system. In one
case your listening to a device and in the other
case your listening to the music.

If you sit in front of your HDTV all day, you don't get to drive very
much.  
It's quite understandable.
