Nice examples Bill. Reminds me of losing the odd sale when i used to print on site.
Clients complait was the picture was OOF. I would look at the print, and reply that her daughter and horse were quite in focus. Reply was, well the trees in the background are blurry, i don't want it. I try to explain DOF etc, but to no use.:-) However that was few and far between.
