That is my general policy too. And I know that is  what others do as well, so 
if I only get one or two goods on a photo then I know  lots skipped 
commenting and I know why. But I do have an exceptions to that, I  will give 
negative 
feedback if I feel it may be helpful. Something that can be  corrected, fixed 
in PS, or maybe reshot.

For this particular photo, it  didn't do much for me, and I had problems with 
the out of focus woman's face, so  I made no comment. Not fixable, not 
reshootable. Some others liked it; it didn't  do much for me. <shrug> Such is 
life, 
reactions, photographic and  otherwise, are subjective and we don't all like 
the same things. Be pretty darn  boring if we did, in fact.
