The sales of the K10D HAVE revitalized the camera division. They have  
explicitly said that they intend to stay with entry and intermediate  
DSLR cameras. Let's not forget, the K10D is an intermediate camera as  
are the Nikon d200 and even the Canon 5D. Intermediate is all that  
most of us want or need.
