Hello (good evening here), This is a press release denying some articles saying that Pentax is considering management buy out or co-operation with a third party against the agreement admitting HOYA the prior negotiation right. (N.B. The agreement contains penalty article for violation of HOYA's prior negotiation right.)
It also says that, as before, they are seriously, which I doubt, considering the possibility of management integration with HOYA. In a word, this is nothing;-p And I must got bed now...
