It looks somewhat similar, same leather, but that case doesn't look like 
it's deep enough to have the bottom compartment that opens to the front. 
The case I looked at has that same Pentax badge as the one you show. It 
was the Pentax badge that first caught my attention.

The case I saw may have had a similar leather strap for the top but the 
clasp was different; it's either like the clasp on this case:

I don't quite remember now.

The Exacta case is almost the right size, but it needs a front 
compartment in the lower half. The two "lens" compartments in the lower 
section are the right size for M42 or K-mount primes in the 24mm to 85mm 
range; don't know if a 100mm would fit or not, but that makes me doubt 
it was originally intended for Auto 110.

Additionally, the Auto 110 that was in there had the small, tight 
fitting, soft black leather cases for the camera and flash.

I'll have to get some place to host images and go back there to shoot it.
