I don't want to sound rude, but maybe you should take a look at the specs again.
The K10D has a lot of advanced functions, much more direct access to features 
through dedicated buttons, it is faster, the body is sealed, there is the 
sensor cleaner, better viewfinder...
They are in different leagues I would say.
(this doesn't mean that the K100D is a bad camera at all).

Unfortunately I don't have much time right now to elaborate more, but I 
recommend that you have a closer look at what both offer.

Looking at specs, the only differences I see are size, price, and
number of pixels.

K100 seems preferable on size and price. Does t also get lower noise from the
larger pixels?
