Well, is the subject the headlight?

If so, then you need to be closer (crop...) to make the composition 
support that subject.

Is it the lines of the car? Then, again, the composition doesn't support 
that. There are too many things competing for the eye that it can't 
settle anywhere.

Is it the overall look? Then the lighting needs to be evened/adjusted to 
give equal value and get rid of the dead spot behind the tire, and there 
is not enough of the tire, and etc.

I'd like to see what else you did with the car.
