Haven't tried it, but I want to get my S.O. to have a go with the K10D on her microscope. We have to get the university to get the proper set-up for using the K-mount body on it (though M42 would do since I have an adapter). She had an Olympus microscope before but she's just moved to a different hospital and I'm not sure what she's using now. >Given the lack of a Live View, is there anyway >a person can determine when the microscope image >is focused in the camera? If the microscope is properly set up, getting the image in focus through the eyepiece will also make it in focus at the sensor plane. There may be a little trial and error in this, but once done it shouldn't need to be tinkered with. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
