I hate wearing glasses - have hated them since I started wearing them  
in about 1991.

Now that I'm old, I've scheduled an appointment to go under the  
laser.  Now I'll probably need glasses for close-up work (computer,  
reading) but will hopefully be 'corrective-lens-free' which will be  
delightful.
