I've noticed something interesting when researching the FA43...... the
suble 3d look to some of the pictures can be significantly enhanced
when viewing/looking for it....

If you own polarized sunglasses, and an LCD monitor, out on the
glasses, pull up an image at 50% magnification or crop, and move your
head side to side. As you move your head to the right, the screen will
darken, to the left, the darkening will disappear.

Somewhere in the middle, the elements in the image will POP OUT at
you, your brain will have been tricked, and you'll discern a 3d effect
to the pic.

It seems to mitigate the bad contrast of the LCD and potentially
crappy light consitions around you.
