The latest version of PhotoShop Elements has a good RAW converter, which is a slightly watered down version of the ACR that comes with PhotoShop. Adobe Lightroom is a dedicated digital photography workshop. I haven't used it yet, but those who have seem to like it very much. Godders is quite high on it I believe.
