Speaking as an ex Bank employee, I can't believe that any bank would be so stupid as to hire thugs like that for the front door. They are a world of negative publicity just waiting to happen. Even if they don't hit anybody, just standing there makes it look like the place is run by criminals. It wasn't a Russian bank was it?
Your reputation is everything in Banking and they just scream page 1 of the tabloids. Not a good idea, even for a merchant bank.
