How did you get a =response= from the photo.net
guys???  I must have emailed them a dozen times, and
have even sent snail mail, with no response at all.  I
almost didn't renew my (paid) membership because of
their awful customer service.

If you would be kind enough to share their email
address off list, I would appreciate it.
