Kinda depends on who is doing the printing. 4800x6000 will put you at 16x20 at 300dpi, which is photo lab resolution. I think Epson needs 360 dpi, so you will want 5760x7200. It should be doable in Photoshop, though you might want to despeckle the file before you print it.
