Har! Bad luck - I hope it all gets better very soon. Were you mountain biking or road biking? Sounds like mountain to me.
It may encourage you to hear that I started jogging again on Saturday, and did 30 minutes of squash drills on Sunday, 4 weeks after breaking my wrist, with no ill effects. Let's hope you're not in the sling/cast very long. The muscle wastage on my left arm is quite shocking, and the arm is now very noticeably smaller that the right. I can barely lift anything with it - even a cup of tea is a struggle - and I have no grip strength whatsoever, so I'll be glad when I'm able to go to the gym and start lifting. The physio's going well though and I'm starting to restore movement quite well. Agree about the one-handed typing! Try Ctrl-Alt-Del. It hurts. -- Bob > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On > Behalf Of Mark Roberts > Sent: 30 July 2007 01:17 > To: Pentax-Discuss Mail List > Subject: PDML Bicycle Crash Epidemic Continues (was: Update > from Colorado) > > Went down hard in the rain on Thursday.
