Yes, I'm quite pleased with the TR Power Pak III as well. (No wonder I couldn't
remember the name. It's a mouthful:-). Looking through my files this morning, I
see I about 900 frames. And since I used the flash for most of the outdoor
ceremony as well (the bride and groom were in a gazebo), I must have shot more
than 600 frames with flash. It was getting a bit flakey at the end, so next
time I might replace the C cells after about 400 frames or so.

I wanted to use my Stroboframe, so I experimented with wireless at home before
the wedding, but couldn't get it to work. I had wireless selected in the
camera's flash function menu and positioned the 540's switch at the wireless
mark. I had it working before, so I must have forgotten something. I'll have
to dig out the manual. When the wireless wouldn't work, I went to a remote hot
shoe connector. It's a cheapo Promoster model, and it stopped functioning after
50 shots or so. Couldn't determine why, so I abandoned it and used the flash on
camera. Outdoors it didn't matter a hoot. Indoors I used an omnibouce reflector
for most shots, so I was okay there as well. But that's limiting on verticals.
I have to get my stroboframe setup working properly. Then I think I'll just use
a softbox attachment over the flash head.
