Ask yourself if you really need enlargments as big as it is possible from 67? If not - take 645 which will be still huge improvement over 35 mm (2.7 x bigger frame area), and will act like a just big SLR (it is no bigger and heavier than pro 35 mm SLRs like Nikon F5) and it is perfectly handholdable (mirror shock is very, very nicely damped, much better than in Mamiya 645 bodies see test here: http://luminous- landscape.com/reviews/cameras/645-mlu.shtml). And last but not least - 35 mm lens considered as the best in MF - Jostein has tested it and despite being MF glass it was about as good as FA 31 Ltd.
