Marnie,
I'm way behind on reading here, but like this shot a lot.
The patterns around the feather have me thinking...
How did the waves make this all happen?
Was the water sculpting out a divot behind the feather?
Look how the wave action on the sand moves into harmony on the left,
after the disruption on the right.
It truely puts me on the beach with the water.

Thanks Bob. I wondered too, was the feather itself enough to disrupt the
wave? There is a indentation behind the feather, I suspect the bird itself was
the thing, standing there, that changed the wave pattern when the water washed
up the beach. But we will never know. :-)

Thanks for looking. Marnie aka Doe :-)
