Google "Canon extension tubes". Canon probably makes some, and I know 
Kenko makes them in Canon mount.

If it was a Pentax, I'd suggest looking for a Bellows A ... which might 
even work with Canon, since I think there's some kind of adapter that 
allows K-mount lenses to be used with Canon's EOS bayonet.
