They bloody well should be meeting with their techs. The problem isn't that the Jobo isn't supported by Vista, but that Jobo isn't supporting Vista. Vista is pretty new yet, but they have to support it. It looks like their Mac support is pretty flakey as well. Mac users need OS9.0 or higher, but they aren't supported on 10.0 and 10.1.0.
