shoot, all you need now is a side order of those cardboard dumplings from China and you've got a complete meal! feral cats should be killed on site (I personally don't care what is done with the carcase), and domestic cats should be kept indoors or caged. I find it is great fun to aim for them with my car. If people can't keep those darn things in their house, I say they're fair game.
