I'm no cat lover and I think the coyote and fox keep the wild cat population down around suburban Chicago. It's not entirely surprising that they would eat them in Oz. My God, those people eat their national symbol - kangaroo - why not tasty cats. ;-) Have you ever noticed that there are no cats near asian restaurants... Regards, Bob S.
