That's actually pretty sucky. Especially at ISO 100. Whether you downloaded a firmware change or not, you reasonably have the right to expect performance better than this.
If you had just shot the best image of your portfolio, or any image that was worthy of a portfolio, and saw this in it, you wouldn't be so non-chalant about it.
