Agreed. If a K1D shows up, it's going to be comparable to a D300 at best, more likely it will slot nicely between the D300 and Canon 40D. Pentax has no way to compete with Nikon or Canon for that market. There's little reason for Pentax to introduce a 9fps FF monster camera.
