Thanks Brian. It's not likely that you've heard of him. His name is Paul Miles, and while he's well known locally, his national exposure is minimal. He has released a few CDs. He's considered a blues singer, but many of his songs are somewhat upbeat. He has tremendous range and does some vocal sound effects that are similar to scatting but uniquely styled. He's a good storyteller and writes most of his material. He frequently makes up songs as he goes along. I've shot him many times. Sometimes if he's in the middle of a song and sees me coming, he works me into the lyrics. Fun guy and a good friend.
