I have a mat room cutting board with one-inch increments marked. One  
of the ad agencies I worked for let me take it home when they were  
moving to new quarters. It allows you to slice through the photo  
without marking the board behind it. I can cut out two dozen prints  
in less than twenty minutes. Not fun, but not a lot of work.
