What printer, printer driver, etc? I find that the Epson driver for the R2400 and 1270 present accurate paper size and printable area to CS2 and Lightroom if I don't use the "borderless" options. If I use borderless, the sizing goes wonky ... yeah, another technical term. ;-) Similarly, defining custom sizing for roll paper printing with either presents a lot of "hit and miss" experimentation opportunity.
